I don’t run track. Track runs me. I have 34 days to drop at least 20 seconds from my mile time and at least 6 seconds from my 800 time;if I’m not busting my ass every day I’ll never get there. This is only my 2nd year running competitively, but I have to get it now. I have to
deaf people use sign language because actions speak louder than words
and all this time i thought it was because they couldn’t hear
